- Larger tanks take longer to drain, clean, rinse and refill.
- Number of tanks and sumps
- Several tanks or a sump plus overhead tank can be planned as one visit.
- Access
- Roof height, ladder access, hatch size and how far equipment must be carried all affect the work.
- Condition
- A tank that has not been cleaned for a long time usually holds more sediment and deposits.
- Tank type
- Plastic, concrete and steel tanks are cleaned differently.
- Location
- Travel to the property is taken into account.
